The parking area and entry trail to the Charles Rand Memorial Forest in Rye will be closed all next week (the week of 5/19) for repairs. Thank you.

Burley Farms Red Trail Bridge Under Repair 7/28 - 7/30

The walking bridge on the Red Trail at the Burley Farms trail system is currently under repair and will be out of use for the next few days. Thank you.

Birch Hill Road Parking Lot, Cabin Trail, and Birch Ridge Cabin CLOSED Temporarily for Trail Construction

Starting today, at Birch Ridge Community Forest in New Durham, the parking lot at Birch Hill Road, the Cabin Trail that leads from the lot, and the Birch Ridge cabin are all temporarily closed. For the next four to six weeks, SELT and Snowhawk LLC will be installing an all-persons trail that will start at the Birch Hill entrance and run to the cabin (between 3,600 and 4,000 feet in length). Please no roadside parking as there will be trucks driving in and out. To access Birch Ridge Community Forest you can still use the parking areas at Brienne Road and Merrymeeting Road. Thank you.
